I am experienced in all areas of personal injury, including but not limited to automobile accidents, workplace injuries, premises liability accidents and wrongful death actions. My clients rely upon my knowledge, experience and compassion in dealing with the serious, and at times, life-altering effects of a serious injury or of the deal I of a loved one.
I attempt to provide my clients with the necessary information and sound legal opinions when the deal with difficult times. I strive obtain full and fair compensation for the losses suffered by my clients. In work place injures, my goal is to obtain all of the benefits which my clients are entitled to, as soon as is practical, in a fair and just manner.
I have been licensed to practice law in Massachusetts since 1979. I previously worked for a insurance company and have personal knowledge as to how an accident and resultant injury might be investigated and evaluated by the insurance adjuster. Since 1996, I have concentrated my practice on the representation of injured parties and in assisting them to obtain prompt and fair compensation for their injuries.
